In addition, Paramount Franchise Services Wellington franchisee Atul Patel and Paramount Franchise Services Christchurch franchisee Jignesh Soni were highly commended in the Business Services Franchisee of the Year section.
The judges said a particular strength of Paramount Franchise Services was the range of processes that appear to be embedded in the system. This, coupled with the extensive range of business data available, enables Paramount to monitor service and continuously improve.
Accepting the award, Paramount general manager and director Paul Brown attributed it to the Paramount Franchise Services team and the company’s franchisees.
Sangeetha has worked for Paramount since 2006, being given ever-increasing responsibility and is now key account manager for the company’s two largest clients. It is the second year running that Sangeetha has won this award.
Paramount Franchise Services won the Business Services Best Franchise System last year and also went on to win the Westpac Supreme Franchise System of the Year. The company has been named Business Services Best Franchise System six times in the last 10 years.
