Our finalists are James and Sarita Rao from Auckland, Gary and Kirsten Camoin in Christchurch and Canterbury, reigning Supreme Franchisee of Year – Business to Business, and Bernie Campbell in Palmerston North and Wellington.
Each year the Franchise Association of New Zealand (FANZ) Franchise Awards honour business in the New Zealand franchise world across quality, management, performance, consistency, and other criteria. Paramount Services and its franchisees have been recipients of past awards, including winning the Supreme Award for Franchise Systems in 2008, 2015 and 2018, and in the Business Services category in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2014 and 2016.

James and Sarita Rao have been Paramount franchisees in South Auckland since 2007 and have 5 clients and 7 staff.
Gary and Kirsten Camoin are Canterbury based with 18 clients in and around Christchurch, cleaned by 17 employees.
Bernie Campbell, along with husband Peter and business partner Feona Sheard service 42 clients in Wellington and 19 in Palmerston North and have 26 staff. Bernie previously worked at Paramount as a CRM and Operations Manager in Wellington before becoming a franchisee in 2018.
The awards dinner will be held on Saturday 12 November at the Cordis Hotel, Auckland.
