How much does a Paramount Cleaning franchise cost?

Business units vary in price, with many starting at $35,000, and you will need a white vehicle for a logo and signage. The full amount of the franchise value will depend on the amount of business turnover you buy.

Am I a suitable applicant to become a Paramount Cleaning business owner?

If you are going into business, your purpose should be to attain certain lifestyle goals. Your goals should include better financial rewards, which can be achieved with hard work.

Can I finance the business purchase?

Paramount Cleaning is not a finance company. However, we make funds available to approved purchasers to assist them in starting a business. We expect that you should be able to have at least 40% equity in the business yourself.

Do I need experience?

As a new franchisee, you can expect a minimum of four weeks of training, covering everything from business management to equipment maintenance.

Who quotes for the work?

Both Paramount Cleaning and you will do this. Initially, one of our Field Advisors will do this; however, you will learn this technique as you develop business skills. The sign writing on your vehicle will attract attention and bring customers to you. You’ll also get word-of-mouth referrals from happy customers.

Who collects the money?

Paramount Cleaning operates a direct billing system for all commercial contracts, billing the clients for you. We collect the money, and you get paid by the 25th of each month.
