From a Small Family-Run Company to a Nationwide Cleaning Business

Paramount Services was founded by Suzanne and Galvin Bartlett in 1979 as a family cleaning business servicing a group of central Auckland commercial sites. Today, Paramount Cleaning is a firmly established and highly reputable provider of nationwide cleaning and property maintenance services for domestic, commercial and facilities clients, with our franchisees servicing clients across New Zealand.

Paramount Cleaning is built on the foundation that the relationship between the client and service provider should be one of open communication, mutually benefiting both organisations. Since its inception, we have been leaders in addressing many issues and concerns within the commercial and domestic cleaning industry.

For over 45 years, our success has been driven by our commitment to effective business models and highly customised service. We prioritise quality and innovation in technology and work techniques, and our comprehensive commercial cleaning services and specialised options continue to expand to meet the changing needs of our clients.

We run a tight quality assurance programme, ensuring no job is closed until the client is completely satisfied. Regular inspections and surveys help us maintain our high standards across all franchises. We are certified for the ISO 9001 standard for Quality Management Standards and the ISO 14001 standard for Environmental Management Systems.

Our team

Today, Paramount Services is a nationwide business with over 220 cleaning franchises. Our team now has more than 220 franchise owners employing more than 1,200 cleaners and 250 in-house staff, with a current workforce of 1,600.
